Mr. Bobby L. Phelps

Mr. Bobby L. Phelps, son of the late Floyd L. and Cloyda Marine "Rena" Phelps, was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on January 24, 1947 and he departed this life on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 having attained the age of 67 years. He is survived by; one sister, Linda (and Oren) Barnhill and a host of other relatives who mourn his passing. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by; two sisters, Charlotte Phelps and Janet Denham, and one brother, Eugene Phelps. Bobby was a member of the Cumberland Baptist Church. He was a kind person who will be missed by all of his friends and family. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Raymond Ridner and Bro. Larry Meece officiating. Burial will follow in the West Cemetery in Somerset, KY. The family of Mr. Bobby Phelps will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014 until time for services.
