Alice Calhoun Burrell

Alice Burrell, daughter of the late Harrison and Monica Gholdson Calhoun, was born in Pulaski County, KY of April 1, 1925 and departed this life on Tuesday Morning, January 20, 2006 having attained the age of 80 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Paul Burrell. He preceded her in death. Survivors include; one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Burton of Ferguson, KY, and several nephews, nieces and other relatives. She was a retired supervisor for the K-Mart Corporation, a member of the Somerset First Church of the Nazarene and a graduate of the Ferguson High School. She was a kind lady who will be missed by those who knew her and she leaves a host of other relatives, friends and church family who both mourn her passing and at the same time, celebrate her homegoing. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2006 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Darin Godby officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Blue John Cemetery following the services. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m Friday, Jan. 20, 2006 at Pulaski Funeral Home Pulaski Funeral Home is entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
