Albert Marion Pedigo

Albert Marion Pedigo, 77, of Somerset, Kentucky formerly of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Monday, March 7, 2017 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 25, 1939; son of the late Melville Matthew Pedigo, Jr. and Mary Loretta Felhoelter Pedigo. He was a retired manager, and a former mechanic; he also worked at Sam's Club in Lousiville for a period of time. He was a member of the St. Thomas More's Catholic Church, an avid member of the St. Thomas More's mens club, Knights of Columbus of Georgia, and did a lot of volunteer work throughout the years. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Wooldridge Pedigo, whom he married on July 23, 1960; four sons, Paul & (Sherry) Pedigo of Somerset, Christopher & (Robin) Pedigo of Falon, NV., Matthew Albert & (Julie) Pedigo or Edmon, OK., and John Timothy of Oklahoma City, OK.; grandchildren, Ashley & (Brian) Middleton, Jaclyn Pedigo & (James Schultz), Denyse Pedigo, and Whitney Hammer; brothers and sisters, Mel & (Joan) Pedigo, Mary Catherine "Sis" Phillips, Bill & (Pearl) Pedigo, Norman & (Barb) Pedigo, Tommy Pedigo, Wally & (Shelia) Pedigo, Mike & (Vicky) Pedigo, and Loretta Rose & (Lee) Richey; sister-in-law, Sharon Pedigo. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Gil Pedigo, Jerry Pedigo and Gerald Pedigo ; sister-in-laws, Elaine Pedigo, and Helen Pedigo.A funeral service will be held at 4 PM, Saturday March 11, 2017 at Owen Funeral Home, 9318 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY.Visitation will be after 12 PM, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Owen Funeral Home, 9318 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY.Private burial will be held at a later date.Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
