Jeffery Lee Carter

Jeffery L. Carter passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2010 in Chattanooga, TN, he is survived by his wife, Felecia; his father and stepmother; Barney and Barbara Carter of Whiteland, IN, his mother, Irene Fulcher of Somerset, KY; two daughters, Sheena Carter & Alessa Carter; one son, Jarron Carter all of Indianapolis, IN; two sisters, Tracy Casada of Avon, IN and Sherry Jordon of West Newton, IN; one step sister, Mary Fisher of Whiteland, IN; one step brother; Larry Phelps of Whiteland, IN, his grandmother, Mildred Hall of Somerset, KY, a half sister, Angie and his step brother, Christopher, his aunt and uncle; Melvin and Libby Carter, his aunt, Lurene Skaggs Jeffery was a member of the Flat Lick Baptist Church, he was a kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him and he leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 16, 2010 at the Bobbitt Cemetery. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Jeffery L. Carter.
