Agnes May Calhoun, 82, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 1, 2023 at Somerset Nursing & Rehab.

She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on April 9, 1941; daughter of the late Thomas and Mollie Elizabeth (Bray) Rexroat. 

She is survived by her daughters, Wanda Burchfield, and Trisha Colson; a sister, Linda Sue Dobbs; grandchildren, Keith & (Judiann) Denney, Jamie Colson, April Nicole Calhoun, Johnny Burchfield, Casey Burchfield, and Crystal Decker; great-grandchildren, Brantley, Hunter, Kolton, Xavier, and Xzareon Denney, Quinn Burchfield, Owen Blevins, Brannon Burton, and Jett Colson. Agnes also leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Dewayne Calhoun, and Carl Ray Calhoun; a daughter, Norma Calhoun; brothers, Frank Rexroat, Benny Rexroat, Nathan Rexroat, Harry Calhoun, Robert Calhoun; sisters, Nettie Marie Rexroat, Hazel Turner, Jean Clines, and Rosie Johnson; and one great-grandchild, Gracelynn Denney.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Friday, September 8, 2023 at the New Bronston Cemetery where burial will follow. 

The family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Agnes Calhoun Memorial fund in care of Pulaski Funeral Home.
