Barbara Ellen Keith

Barbara Ellen Keith, 88 of Bronston, KY passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 surrounded by her family.She was born in Pulaski County on May 15, 1931 to the late Hobart Nicholas and Rene Dalton Nicholas Crabtree.On October 4, 1947 she married Robert Keith and together they had seven children. Patty Palmer (John) of Charlestown, IN, Gary Keith of Bronston, KY, Brent Keith (Charlene) of Charlestown, IN, Mike Keith of Bronston, KY, Phillip Keith (YoYo) of Charlestown, IN and Kimberly Keith (Rich) of Bronston, KY.She was preceded in death by a son David Keith, a granddaughter Joni Rai Williams, and a great-grandson Blake Hudgins.She is survived by ten grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.Barbara retired from the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant in Charlestown, IN in 1983.After retirement, Barbara and Robert relocated to Bronston, KY where she enjoyed fishing in Lake Cumberland, 4-wheeling and spending time at their cabin on the mountain with family and friends.She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. A funeral service for Barbara Ellen Keith will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 at the Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Jacob Mayfield Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Barbara Ellen Keith will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Friday morning until time for services.Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
