Betty Jean Dobson

Betty Jean Dobson, daughter of the late Oda and Estelle Osbourne Jones, was born in Somerset, Kentucky on Friday, March 21, 1924 and she departed this life on Saturday, August 26, 2017 having attained the age of 93 years.Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by; a daughter, Gail Dobson Henry; a brother, Paul Jones; and a niece, Paula Jean Jones.Survivors include; one son, Mike Dobson and his companion, Barbara Wilson of Danville, KY and three grandchildren, Lowell, Bryan, and Henry Wolfe.Betty Jean was a kind lady who worked as a court reporter while she was actively working. She was a kind lady who will be greatly missed by her friends and family.A private graveside service was held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Science Hill Cemetery, where burial immediately followed.Pulaski Funeral Home was honored to assist the family of Mrs. Betty Jean Dobson during this time.
