Betty Jo Withers Randall Carmichael

Betty Jo Withers Randall Carmichael, daughter of the late Hobart T. and Ella Edwards Withers, was born at Somerset, Kentucky on July 26, 1930 and she departed this life at her residence surrounded by her family on April 12, 2017.Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband William E. Carmichael.She leaves to cherish her memory; three wonderful children; Richard H. Randall, Clifford Randall III (and Gerrye) of Somerset, KY and Janice R. Tridico (and Frank) of Covington, LA; three step-children, William W. Carmichael (and Sandy) of Brownsburg, IN, James Carmichael (and Susie) and Cathi C. Harmon (and Don) of Indianapolis, IN; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren; one brother, Hobart (and Margaret) Withers of Somerset, KY; four nephews, and one niece.The family of Betty Carmichael would like to thank the staff and management of the Jean Waddle Care Center for the comfort and peace given to Betty and her family during her final journey.A private memorial service will be held at a later date.Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Betty Jo Withers Randall Carmichael.
