Bill and Betty Carmichael

Bill and Betty Withers Randall Carmichael are to be laid to rest on November 20, 2017 at the Mill Springs National Cemetery. Bill was born on January 25, 1929 and was called home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2016. Betty was born on July 26, 1930 and she was called home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2017.Bill and Betty were soulmates, and were two wonderful people. They were both in previous marriages and were blessed with wonderful children:  Bill is survived by; two sons, William Wesley (and Sandy) Carmichael and James Edward (and Susie) Carmichael and one daughter, Cathy (and Don) Harmon.Bill was a Lieutenant in the Korean War. He worked in sales and marketing and management throughout his career.Betty is Survived by; two sons, Richard H. Randall and Clifford (and Gerrye) Randall III of Somerset, KY and one daughter, Janice "Jan" (and Frank) Tridico and one brother, Hobert (and Margaret) Withers. Bill and Betty are survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces, and nephews and other relatives and friends who mourn thier passing. A graveside service for the family and friends will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Mill Springs National Cemetery with Dr. Greg Ryan officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post # 38.Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the families of Mr. and Mrs. Bill and Betty Jo Carmichael during this time.
