Charles Ray Wallace, age 78 of Tateville, KY departed this world on February 7, 2018 at his residence.He was born at Tateville, KY on June 19, 1939 to the late Ray and Susie Lewis Wallace. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Vida Wilson Wallace; One son, Mark (and Earlene) Wallace of Mobile, AL; two daughters, Clara Begley of Somerset, KY and Michelle Purtee of Tateville, KY; one sister, Patricia Garner of New Castle, Indiana; seven granddaughters, Tonya Thompson of Somerset, KY, Natasha (and Matt) Thompson of Somerset, KY, Heather (and Nelson) Curry of Mobile, ALand Megan (and Austin) Trehern of Mobile, AL, Sahrah, Chyenne, and Dakota Purtee of Tateville, KY; 4 great grandsons, Nick Blevins, Aaron Abbott, Isiah Thompson and Matthew Combs all of Somerset, KY and one brother-in-law, Buddy Nicholas.Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by; one son, Charles Michael Wallace; one sister, Brenda Nicholas and one brother-in-law, Jack Garner. Charles was a member of the Tateville Baptist Church, he was a kind person who will be greatly missed by friends and family and leaves a host of other relatives who mourn his passing.A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the Chapel of the Pualski Funeral Home with Bro. Lonnie Sewell Officiating. Burial will follow in the Sloans Valley Cemetery.The family of Charles Ray Wallace will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home on Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. until time for services.Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family of Mr. Wallace during this time.
