Clarence New

Clarence Edward New, son of the late Herbert Logan and Elizabeth Marie (Nicholas) New, passed away Saturday, July 5th, 2025. He was born in Pulaski County, KY on March 23rd, 1939, having attained the age of 86. On May 19th, 1979, he was united in marriage to his loving wife, Colette (Coco) New.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Jeffrey New, David New; and two grandchildren, John New and Sarah New, who he loved and cherished.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Herbert New Jr, Roland New, Larry New, and one sister, Jean Rollins.

Clarence was retired from General Electric for the past 30 years. He and his wife loved cruising and spending time at their condo in Naples, FL. He loved sitting by the pool reading and talking with friends. He was such a kind person that anyone who met him loved him and his sunny disposition.

The family of Clarence New will receive friends Saturday, July 12th, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Pulaski Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Doug Couch officiating.
