Cynthia Meece

Cynthia Gay Meece, age 65, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2025 at Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

She was born November 25, 1959 to the late William Marlin & Judith Carol (Brinson) Bradley in Somerset, Kentucky. Cynthia was known for her wild and spirited nature. She was a spark that made every room brighter and every gathering more joyful. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially through her love of sewing and quilting. Her hands created countless beautiful pieces, each one stitched with care and a touch of her vibrant personality. Cynthia poured her heart into making her house a warm and welcoming home for all who entered. Above all, she cherished her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the light of her life, and she took immense pride in each of them. Her love for them was boundless, and the memories they share will remain a lasting comfort and treasure to those she leaves behind.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary "Dodie" & (Gilberto "Hulio") De Leon Garcia; her son, William Jesse & (Angela) Miller; five grandchildren, Billie Ann & (Ryan) Campbell, Gary "Gbob" Sweeney, Alexis Miller, Autumn Floyd, and Sarah Miller; ten great-grandchildren, Joshua Davis, Preston Helton, Ava Helton, Camden Campbell, Braxton Franklin, Iris Franklin, Kinsley Floyd, Jaxson Floyd, Rylee Floyd, and Delilah Ashley; two brothers, Marty Bradley and Mickey Bradley; three nephews, Brandon Bradley, William Bradley, and Kevin Bradley; and a special friend, Becky.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will be honoring Cynthia's wishes of having private services.
