Darrell Ford Bandy

Mr. Darrell Ford Bandy, the son of Betty Buff Bandy and the late Edsel Bandy was born in Newton, N.C.,  November 29, 1952 and departed this life on January 23, 2019 having attained the age of 66 years.

Other than his mother, he is also survived by his daughter, Caroline (and Nathan) Munsterman; two brothers, Don & (Susi) Bandy, and Dwight & (Lisa) Bandy; a nephew, Jody & (Kendra) Bandy; niece’s, Juli & (Bracken) Smith, Hope & (Josh) Bentley, Heather Bandy, Holli & (David) Hughes, Heidi & (Stephen) Dunagan; several great nephews and great nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edsel Bandy.

He worked for Ikred & Bandy Coal Co., and later as a Draft’s man. He enjoyed playing guitars and listening to music. He graduated from Pulaski Co. Highschool in 1970, and attended Somerset Community College.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends after 10 AM Wednesday, until time for services at Pulaski Funeral Home.

Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
