Ella Bee Slavey

Ella Bee (Woodall) Slavey, 100, of Somerset, Kentucky departed her life on February 2, 2022 at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab of Somerset.

She was born in Ula, Kentucky on October 19, 1921; daughter of Aaron Woodall and Ethel Barnett Woodall. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Vera Woodall of Eubank; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Slavey, whom she married in November 1940, and who died in August 1993; her parents, Aaron and Ethel Woodall; brothers, Clinton, Denton, Arvin, Omer "Clifford", Arlin "Jack", and Marlin Woodall; sisters, Rosie Bray, Luretha Mounce, and Lexie Meece.

She was a faithful member of West Somerset Baptist Church, where she attended until her health prevented her from attending.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 11, 2022 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.

Burial will be in West Somerset Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Friday, February 11, 2022 at Pulaski Funeral Home until time for services.
