Esther Irene Bryant

Esther Bryant, age 93, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, July 1st, 2024.

She was born on Tuesday, August 12th, 1930, to Earl and Minnie (Garland) McCluskey. Ester retired as a Nursing Assistant from Oakwood and attended Dixie Bend Baptist Church. She enjoyed dancing, horse riding, traveling, visiting friends, quilting, reading, boating, riding four-wheelers, and spending time with her dogs.

Ester is survived by her children, Ellen Fronk, Earl Bryant (Marybeth), Ellis Bryant, Jr. (Rosemary Williams), Elaine Bryant (Steve Glover), and Emma Bryant (Tony Owens); granddaughter and longtime caregiver, Sandra Davis; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Bryant, Sr.; parents; sister, Mildred Newland; and a brother, Charles McCluskey.

A funeral service will be held at 12 PM on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Pulaski Funeral Home, with visitation for family and friends from 5-7 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at the same location.

Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery.
