Eva Burzell Bolton Snell Jasper, 100, of Somerset, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born in Dykes, Kentucky on January 9, 1920; daughter of the late Lee and Laura Jones Bolton. She enjoyed reading, loved crocheting, and spending time with her family. She was a special cook, who enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She retired from Palm Beach, and was a member of Beech Grove Methodist Church. She is survived by her children, Jimmy & (Joanne) Snell, Judy & (Jerry) Whitaker, and Sharon Speaks; a sister, Savilla Huckelby; grandchildren, Jerrilyn Whitaker Randolph & (Kevin), Billy Whitaker & (Leslie), Jennifer Snell Hughes & (Scott), Johnny Speaks & (Becky), Tracey Speaks Livesay & (Matt); great-grandchildren, Jessica Randolph Richards & (Alex), Samantha Randolph Poynter & (Zach), Peyton Randolph, Abby Jo Whitaker, Ashley Whitaker, Dylan Hughes, Bailey Hughes, Brevyn Hughes, Courtney Speaks, Emilee Speaks Wright & (Caleb), Erinn Speaks, Marshall Livesay, and Ty Livesay; and two great-great-grandchildren, Elijah Richards, and Malachi Richards. She was precede in death by her first husband, Ray Snell, and her second husband, Hoit Jasper; her parents, Lee and Laura Jones Bolton; a son-in-law, J.T. Speaks; a sister, Zula Edwards; and two brothers, Dewey Bolton, and Shafter Lee Bolton. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, September 28, 2020 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Howard Godby officiating. Burial will be in Goodwater Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Pulaski Funeral Home and after 9 AM Monday until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
