Francene Goff, 58, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.
She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 8, 1960; daughter of the late Lloyd Arnold and Alice (Harrison) Mounce. She was a caretaker. Francene enjoyed gardening, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. She had a love for animals, and really liked to help people most of all.
She is survived by her daughter, Christy Smith of Burnside; two grand-daughters, Katasha Smith, and Caprishia Smith; a special friend, Oscar Adams; two brothers, Phillip Mounce and Wayne Mounce; and three sisters, Phyllis Mounce, Janis Mounce, and Monieva Martin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Arnold and Alice (Harrison) Mounce; a son, Shawn Smith; and two brothers, Joe Mounce and Gaines Allen Mounce.
In celebration of Francene's life the family will receive friends from 5 PM to 7 PM Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.
