Geraldine Keeney

Geraldine Keeney, 90, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at East Gate Springs of Cincinnati.

She was born in the Ruth Community on November 25, 1930; daughter of the late Henry Logan and Betty Meece Stevens. She was a homemaker, and a member of Grace Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting, and sewing. Above all she enjoyed cooking and providing large meals for her family, whom she loved spending time with also.

She is survived by her son, Dewayne & (Cheryl) Keeney of Batavia, OH; a brother, Cordell & (Betty Lou) Stevens; a sister, Francis King; four grandchildren, Beth & (Alan) Sneed, Becky & (Jeff) Miller, Christi Keeney, and Curtis & (Rebeccah) Keeney; three great-grandchildren, Pakse Sneed, Cade Sneed, and Chanz Miller; and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alwyn Keeney; a brother, Alonzo Stephens; two sisters, Lela Meece, and Mae Ross; a granddaughter who died in infancy, Ashley Keeney; and several siblings who passed in infancy; a sister-in-law, Zelma Stephens; five brothers-in-law, Bill Cunningham, Paul King, James Ross, Lawrence Meece, and Roy Bray.

A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Haggard officiating.

Burial will be in Clay Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 1 PM Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Pulaski Funeral Home until time for services.
