Hannah Mary Light

Hannah Mary Light, daughter of the late Edgar and Lona Wright Keeney, was born at Mill Springs, KY on March 29, 1924 and she departed this life on December 16, 2019 having attained the age of 95 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Robert Light, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; one son, Robert (and Rebecca) Light of Nancy, KY; two grandchildren, David Warren (and Anna) Light, and Mary Elizabeth (and Michael) Edwards; and one great grandchild, Katherine Shelby Light and two more on the way, three sister-in-laws, Fostine Keeney, Carol Keeney, and Ruby Keeney and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, David Keeney Light ; one great grandchild, Jack Warren Light and the following brothers and sisters, Janet Sue Daulton, Edgar Junior Keeney, Richard Keeney, Linda Bishop, Glen Keeney, Clarice Vaught, Ruby Wilhite, Georgia Wilson and Jo Grimes and one brother who died in infancy. Hannah was retired from Palm Beach where she was an inspector. She was a lovely lady who will be deeply missed by all who knew her and leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Somerset Cemetery with Rev. David Muse officiating. The family will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home Friday morning from 12:00 noon until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Mrs. Hannah Mary Light.
