James Eddie VanHook

James Eddie VanHook was the son of James H. and Vena Phelps VanHook. He was born un Ula KY on June 7th, 1948 and he departed this life March 2nd, 2026 having attained the age of 77 years.

Survivors include; his wife Eloise Lacey VanHook; son Troy VanHook; grandsons Eric VanHook, Zachery Burdine, great grandchildren Levi and Olivia VanHook all of Loveland, Oh; and a sister, Phyllis White of Somerset, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Russell Phelps, And Robert and Lonnie VanHook; his sisters, Dorothy Phelps, Ruby Hill and Bonnie Simpson.

Eddie was a christian who loved the Lord and loved going to church. He enjoyed raising a garden when he was able to take care of it. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and leaves a host of relatives, and friends to mourn his passing.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday March 6th, 2026 at the Goodwater Cemetery. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
