Janeffer McClure Clouse, 68, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at her residence.

She was born in Somerset, on October 6, 1950; daughter of the late Robert "Zig" and Glacia McClain McClure. She was a retired bookkeeper for Clouse Bookkeeping. Jan had a true love for her Lord, she would always find an opportunity to bring her Lord up in conversation, while spreading the gospel to others. She was a member of Cross Connection Church. She enjoyed spending time with friends, but most of all she enjoyed being a mom. She was a caregiver to people, and always had a gentle and humble heart. In her spare time she loved rooting for the North Carolina Tar Heels. Go Heels Go!

She is survived by her two daughters, Shelley Clouse, and Jessica Brock; and two sons, Shawn Clouse, and Chris Sampson; and one grandson, Caleb Clouse.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert "Zig" and Glacia McClain McClure; and a granddaughter, Ashton Alexus Clouse.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Sawyers officiating.

Burial will be in Tuttles Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 11 AM Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Pulaski Funeral Home.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Janneffer McClure Close memorial fund C/O Pulaski Funeral Home.
