Jim Sellers

Jim Sellers, 71, of Burnside, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Sloans Valley, Kentucky on November 18, 1947 son of the late Charlie and Lelia New Sellers. Jim adhered to the Baptist faith. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting. He is survived by two sons, Jay Sellers of Somerset, and Jimmy Sellers of Cincinnati; two daughters, Sherry Sellers Gilmore and Elta Sellers both of Falmoth; two brothers, Bob Sellers of OH, and Bernie Sellers of Burnside; one sister, Ann Gibson of Mt. Vernon; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces, and cousins to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Tonya Sellers; two brothers, Bill Sellers, and Carol Sellers; and four sisters, Reba Hughes, Emmalene Griffis, Gretta Sellers, and Faye Brown. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Monday, June 17, 2019 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Frye officiating. Burial will be in Sloans Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 PM Monday, June 17, 2019 at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
