Linda Lee Slaughter

Linda Slaughter, age 72, of Somerset Kentucky, died Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at her home.

She was born August 13, 1949, to the late Irene Goggins Slaughter and E. Garfield Slaughter. Linda was the proud supervisor of the First Presbyterian Church nursery for 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald Curtis Slaughter.

She is survived by her brother, James Slaughter of Las Vegas, a host of relatives and her church family at First Presbyterian Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 9th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the First Presbyterian Church, and the celebration of Linda’s life will be at 1:00. Masks are strongly urged for those attending.

The family requests expressions of sympathy be donations to the Nursery Fund for First Presbyterian Church, 200 North Vine Street, Somerset, Ky. 42501.
