Linus E Keeney

Linus Keeney, 95, of Nancy, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Freda Todd Keeney a son, Jerry Linus Keeney & (Erica); a daughter, Glenda Keeney-Gibson & (Ron Gibson); grandchildren, Scott Lee Keeney & (Jennifer), Martina Keeney-Martinson & (Monte Martinson); great-grandchildren, Seth Linus Keeney, Sarah Renee Keeney, Cora Jane Keeney, and Emma Marie Keeney; step-grandchildren, Jed & Sarah Lawrence & (daughter, Zoey); brother, Raymond Keeney; sisters, Mary Beth Stevenson, Betty Smith, Grace Cary; and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Pearl Shepherd; and brothers Murrell Keeney, Winfred Keeney, Wayne Keeney. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, August 21, 2017 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Donovan Smith and Bro. Barry Vaught officiating. Military honors will be performed by American Legions Post #38 Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Mill Springs National Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Linus E. Keeney will be from 5 PM to 9 PM Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
