Margaret Ann Guth, age 66, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2026, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Unit, surrounded by the family she held so dear in her heart.

Margaret was born on November 29, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Buenos "Bud" Guth and Martha Wesley Guth.

Margaret was a woman of remarkable strength, unwavering loyalty, and fierce devotion to those she loved. She lived her life unapologetically true to herself, with a heart that loved deeply and a spirit that never wavered when it came to protecting and standing beside her family. Those fortunate enough to be loved by Margaret knew that her love was unconditional, her loyalty was steadfast, and her devotion knew no bounds.

Of all the blessings in Margaret's life, none brought her greater happiness or pride than her grandchildren. She loved them more than life itself and devoted so much of her heart, time, and energy to watching them grow, celebrating their accomplishments, and encouraging them to become everything they were meant to be. Their happiness was her happiness, their victories were her victories, and their dreams were dreams she carried in her own heart. Being their grandmother was not simply a role she cherished; it was one of the greatest joys and purposes of her life.

Margaret's love extended across generations, and she was blessed to see her family grow to include four great-grandchildren, with another precious baby girl on the way. Her legacy will live on through each of them, in the memories they hold, the lessons she taught, and the fierce, unconditional love she so generously gave. Margaret was a member of West Somerset Baptist Church. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a family forever changed by her passing, yet immeasurably blessed to have been loved by her.

She is survived by her three children, Carie (Josh) Hitt, Jeffery "Chip" Phillips, and Kyle Phillips; seven beloved grandchildren, Trevor Smith, Jordan Smith, Zander Hitt, Amber Phillips, Kaitlyn Phillips, Khloe Phillips, Payton Phillips; four cherished great-grandchildren, Ava, Sierra Marie, Max and Geo and a great-granddaughter expected soon.

She is also survived by her brother, Freddie (Karen) Guth; her sister, Evelyn Creekmore and two nieces, Tiffany Iles and Amanda White, along with other family and loved ones who will forever cherish her memory. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, George Creekmore.

A funeral service honoring Margaret's life will be held at Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Brandon Wilson officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2026 with the funeral immediately following at 1 p.m. Burial will be at the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will include Trevor Smith, Jordan Smith, Zander Hitt, Josh Hitt, Brandon White and Beacon White.

Margaret's earthly journey has come to an end, but the love she poured into her family will never fade.
