M.E. Randolph, age 86, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on October 27th, 2025, at Jean Waddle Care Center surrounded by his loved ones. Born on July 23, 1939, in Somerset, Kentucky, he was dedicated to his beloved wife and spent his life rooted in hard work, family, and the simple joys of country living.

On May 22, 1961, M.E. Randolph married the love of his life, Lou Ann Wininger Randolph. Together they shared 64 years of marriage marked by his devotion and unconditional love for Lou Ann. Their union was blessed with two sons: Kevin David Randolph and the late Steven Douglas Randolph.

M.E. attended Pulaski County Schools. He was a long time employee of Southern Belle Dairy where he was a plant operator. There, he was affectionately known as "frog" to his friends and coworkers.

A farmer to his core, M.E., found purpose and peace in caring for his cattle and tending the land- watching each sunrise over the fields that he loved so dearly. When he wasn't out on the tractor, he could often be found cheering on his favorite teams. He had a life long passion for Kentucky Women's basketball, the Cincinnati Reds, and NASCAR on Sunday's.

Faith was the foundation of M.E.'s life. He was a member of Nelson Valley Baptist Church where his family were some of the earliest members.

He is survived by his son Kevin and his wife Jerrilyn; granddaughters Jessica (Alex) Richards, Samantha (Zach) Poynter, and Peyton (Thomas) Hislope; great-grandsons Elijah Richards (12), Malachi Richards (8), and Ezekiel Poynter (1); brother Jesse Randolph (the late Imogene Randolph); as well as a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lou Ann Wininger Randolph and their cherished son Steven Douglas Randolph as well as his parents, Sam and Bertha (Vaught) Randolph and sister Doris Randolph Storig (Jim).

A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Pulaski Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM.

A graveside service will be held following the funeral service at Somerset Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may be given in the form of donations to The Jean Waddle Care Center ( Hospice of Lake Cumberland).
