Michael Lovett

Michael Deshawn Lovett, 54, of Monticello, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

He was born in Monticello, Kentucky on September 19, 1971; son of the late Jimmy and Wanda (Wilhite) Lovett. He had a gift for fixing things and a love for working with his hands. From tinkering on cars to repairing anything that needed attention, he was happiest when he was creating, building, or bringing something back to life.

He is survived by his children, Tyler Lovett & (Haylee), Deshae New & (Payton Debaun), and Mattie Lovett; three grandchildren, Lakelynn Lovett, Grayson Lovett, and Ryker Lovett.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Terry Lovett.

In honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen and services will be private.
