Mrs. Rosalea Bullock

Rosalea Burdine Bullock, daughter of the late Bruce and Stella Baker Burdine - Adams, was born at Squib, KY on April 10, 1947 and she departed this life in Lexington, KY on April 21, 2019 having attained the age of 72 years. She was united in marriage to Charles Dwight Bullock on August 3, 1963, he survives. This union was blessed with five children, Vickie (and Albert) Simpson, Tammy (and Junior) Rose, Jeff (and Krista) Bullock, Jeremy Bullock and Shelly (and Eric) Corbin; seven grandchildren, Matthew Simpson,Chance (and Katie) Bullock, Jacob Simpson, Trystan Bullock, Rachel Rose, Sarah Rose and Kydin Bullock; and one great-grandchild, Zackery Bullock; Other survivors include; two sisters, Doris Wright and Marylou McWhirter. Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by; two brothers, Willard and Edgar Burdine; one sister, Willene McWhirter; and her step-father, Nelson Adams. Roselea was a member of the Clifty Grove Baptist Church where she was a faithful member. She was also a homemaker and a loving wife, mother , grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A funeral service for Rosalea Bullock will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Meece and Bro. Melvin Sisson officiating. Burial will follow in the Chimney Rock Cemetery. The family of Rosalea Bullock will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until time for funeral services.  In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan.
