Norma J. Cassidy Thurman, 79, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on July 20, 1938; she retired from Oakwood after 18 years of service. She was a member of Sloans Valley Baptist Church. She loved all children, traveling, shopping and especially enjoyed spending time at the beach and watching the ocean.
She is survived by her son, Tony Thurman; brother, Calvin Cassidy; grandson, T. J. Thurman; nephew, Rex & (Melissa) Cassidy; and a host of cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Sloans Valley Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 12 PM Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Pulaski Funeral Home.
Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
