Pauline Price

Pauline Price, daughter of the late Oscar and Evelyn Sears Hail, was born November 29, 1924, and she departed this life on Friday, December 31, 2021, having attained the age of 97 years. She was united in marriage to Raymond Price, who preceded her in death. Survivors include four children, Carol Price White and her husband Don, Dennis Price and his wife Lori, Charlotte Alexander, and Diana Price; six grandchildren, John Alexander, Brett Price and his wife Amanda, Alex Price and his wife Amanda, Daniel White and his wife Emily, Amy Alexander Dillaha, and Amanda White Nelson and her husband Chris; ten great-grandchildren, Terissa, William, Kaiah, Kaseyn, Savannah Kate, Knox Duke, JaZayla, Alex Raymond, Max David and Lexton; one sister, Ruby Sowder of Cincinnati, OH; a brother-in-law, Glen Roy; and two sisters-in-law, Jean Overbey and her husband Bob, and Stella Hail; and a host of other relatives who mourn her passing. Other than her parents and husband, Pauline was also preceded in death by three brothers, Marlin, Orville, and Eugene Hail; one sister, Ollie Moore, one son-in-law, Paul Alexander; one brother-in-law, Vernon Price, and two sisters-in-law, Joan Roy and Lucille Price. Pauline was a member of the Eden Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, listening to and singing gospel music, and spending time with her family. She was a kind, sweet Christian lady who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Due to Covid concerns, the family of Pauline Price will observe a private funeral service and viewing at a later date. She will be laid to rest at the Pine Hill Cemetery.
