Jean Large

Pearl Jean Large, Somerset KY. May 16, 1933 - October 24, 2025.

Jean was a generous and loving wife, mom, grandmom, great-grandmom, daughter, sister, and friend. 

Born in Ingle, KY, Jean is survived by her children: Gary Large (Lynn) of Marietta, GA and Elizabeth Large Ullmer (Tom) of Indian Trail, NC; her grandchildren: Cary Daniel (Will), Kyle Ullmer, and Monica Ullmer; her great-grandchildren Amelia and Riley Daniel. 

Preceded in death by her husband Charles Robert (Bob) Large; her parents Arthur and Nellie Hainey; her sisters Irene Baker and Fern Floyd; and her brothers Muriel Haney and Harold Hainey.

Her career included 20 years as a Data Librarian for National Board of Medical Examiners in Philadelphia, PA.

A funeral service for Jean Large will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. David Bullock officiating. Burial will follow in the Somerset Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Jean Large will receive friends from 10:30 Thursday until time for services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to God's Food Pantry or Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
