Phyllis Ann Barnett, age 87, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2023 at Somerwoods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on March 17, 1936 in Somerset, KY to the late Luther & Ora (Carlton) Mounce.
She is survived by a daughter, Leisha & (Ralph) Young; a granddaughter, Jessica Greenwell; and two great grandchildren, Kash and Oaklee Greenwell.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Carol Barnett.
A private burial service will be held for Ms. Phyllis Barnett.
Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to assist with arrangements.
