Richard Kurtz, 50, of Bronston, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
He was born in Lorain, OH on November 8, 1969; son of the late William Kurtz and Rebecca Mailin Woodcock. He worked for Triple D Communications. He enjoyed hunting for mushrooms and ginseng. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting, kayaking, four wheeling, and helping others; especially in construction projects.
He is survived by his fiancé, Kim Keith; siblings, Robert & (Carol) Kurtz of Wellington, OH, Randy & (Lisa) Kurtz) of Amherst, OH, Adam & (Jennifer) Woodcock of Amherst, OH, Rick Kurtz of Elyria, OH, Christina Kurtz-Scanlon of Pompano, FL, Scott & (Kim) Strunk of Niceville, FL, and Stephanie & (lee) Stamper of Somerset; his step-mom, Rita Kurtz of Somerset, special loved ones, Logan Meeks, Kelsey Meeks, and Greg Keith; and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Rebecca Mailin Woodcock.
A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, February 2, 2020 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Hollars Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 1 PM Sunday, February 2, 2020 until time for services.
