Robert Wolsey

Robert Earl Wolsey, age 85 of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life on Monday, December 22, 2025 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

Robert was born on November 26, 1940 to George Milton and Ruby Rosie McQueen Wolsey in Somerset. He was married to Magola Lucille Harrison Wolsey. Robert was a life long resident of Somerset and worked for Elliot as a lineman for many years. He was an electrician by trade. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, painting, and woodworking. He placed his faith in Jesus Christ and was of the Baptist Faith.

Robert leaves behind his children; Earl Thomas (Elizabeth) Wolsey, Cindy Michelle Wolsey, and Robert Vincent (Lora) Wolsey, his grandchildren; Whitnie (Matthew) Wolsey-Goff, Kaitlynn Michelle Wolsey (Dustin Ellis), Gracie Marie Wolsey, Aaron Matthew (Maccey) Garner, Alexis Preston, Xavier Preston, Brittany Ann Hayes, and five great grand children; Emilee Renea Ellis, Jensen Parker, Camon Renaker, and Abram Renaker.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Magola Lucille Harrison, parents, George Milton and Ruby Rosie McQueen Wolsey, his brothers; Charles and James Wolsey, one sister, Lucille Bray Cox, as well as a grandson-in-law Matthew Goff.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 29, 2025 starting at 5:00 PM at Pulaski Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Cox officiating. Burial will be in the West Somerset Cemetery following the service.
