Sondra Pitman

Sondra Lee Pitman, 57, of Ferguson, Kentucky passed from this life on June 25, 2026. Sondra was born on November 14, 1968 in Montgomery County, Kentucky to Phyllis Holder and Jerry Faulkner. Sondra is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, David Pitman and her grandparents Henry and Mable Strange.

Sondra is survived by her mother, Phyllis Holder, her father, Jerry Faulkner, her sisters: Tona Collins (James), Jennifer Smith (Randall), Jennifer Faulkner, Vivian Faulkner, Melissa Martin (Adam), and her brother Jeff Holder. Sondra is also survived by her daughters Sabrina Brock (DJ) and Brittany Pitman as well as her granddaughter, Ariella Morris, her grandson, Donnie Brock and many special nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Sondra loved her family and always put family first. Prior to her unexpected passing, Sondra cared for her granddaughter, Ariella and prior to her husband's passing in 2025, Sondra cared for David for 17 years after he became disabled. Sondra enjoyed crafting as a hobby and found great joy in creating many different pieces for family and friends in the form of dreamcatchers, key chains, blankets, and more. Sondra enjoyed being outdoors and especially enjoyed tending to her flower garden and rose bush.

Sondra was a big spirit and loving soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the men and women of the Nancy Volunteer Fire Department, the Faubush Fire Department and the Somerset EMS who responded on June 25.

A celebration of life will be held on July 15, 2026 from 2:00 PM till 5:00 PM in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with speaker, Clifford Meadows.
