Sue Janet Moore

Sue Janet Moore, daughter of the late Jesse Everett and Ruby Ella Price Burdine, was born in the Dahl Community of Pulaski County on January 27, 1941 and she departed this life on Thursday, September 18, 2025 having attained the age of 84 years.

Survivors include: three sons, Randall (and Jacqueline) Campbell, Eric Campbell and Fred Bell (and Melissa Adams): two sisters, Judith Ann Poynter and Linda (and Hershel) Vanhook; three grandchildren, Katlyn Bell, Kelsey Bell, and Jaycee Bell; and one great grandson, Carter Daulton all of Somerset, KY.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Madelyn Grace, and one sister, Brenda Hibbard Howard.

She was a former employee of Sunrise Manor Nursing Home. She loved day trips with her lady friends, being around her grandchildren, and cats. Also included in her many likes includes being a fan of Billy Ray Cyrus and country music. Sue attended the Love Devine Baptist Church as long as her health would allow. She was a strong lady of faith, and she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing.

A funeral service for Sue Janet Moore will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dyer Cemetery, The family of Sue Janet Moore will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Tuesday until time for services.
