Vera L Woodall

Vera L. Woodall, 88, of Eubank, KY formerly of the White Lily Community departed this life peacefully in her sleep on September 2nd, 2026 at her daughters house in Eubank,, KY.
She was born on January 22nd, 1938 in Colo, KY to Estil and Nannie Glover Smilley.
She is survived by her children, Frankie (and Nancy) Woodall of Somerset, KY and a daughter, Stella (and Norman) Rutheford of Eubank, KY; a grandson, Jason Woodall of Somerset, a granddaughter Rachel (and Rocky) Wagers of London, KY, a step-grandson Brandon Rutheford (and Aleshia) of Woodstock, KY; a great grandson, Tiras Wagers of London, KY; two brothers Howard (and Elsier) Smiley of Somerset, and Clesphy Smiley of Cadiz, KY, a sister-in-law Wilreatha Shelton of Somerset, KY as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and other family members who mourn her passing.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Marlin G. Woodall who passed away September 4, 2015. Her parents, Estil and Nannie Glover Smiley, her siblings, Carlis Smiley, Mildred Mounce, Garold Smiley and Verna Bullock.
Vera retired after working at the Sewing Bee, Diana's Alterations, and Bolton's Hardware until her health required her to retire.
She was a faithful member of the New Hope Baptist Church in the Bent Community until she was unable to attend.
A funeral service for Vera L. Woodall will be held at the Pulaski Funeral Home on Saturday September 12th, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in the Pine Thickett Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Vera L. Woodall will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 5 to 8 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday Morning September 12th until time for services at the Pulaski Funeral Home.
