Vicky Ann Lockard

Vicky Ann Lockard, 65, of Somerset passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 13, 2019.

She was born in Bronston on October 11, 1953; daughter of the late John Jacob and Effie Marie Decker Foster. She was a child of God and loved her family dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Lockard; a daughter, Stacy & (Mike) Wallace, two sons, Ronn (& Ann) Brown, and Derek Lockard; grandchildren, Katelyn Brown, Harley Brown, Evy Brown, Payton Brown, Eric Seth Baker, Ashton Lockard, and Deven Lockard; and two great-grandchildren, Jayden Baker, and Kenslee Baker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter, Angel Lavonne Baker; and two brothers, Jimmy Foster, Sr., and Howard Foster.

A committal service will be held at Lakeside Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Vicky Ann Lockard memorial fund, care of Pulaski Funeral Home.
