Wanda Hargis

Wanda Ruth Hargis, daughter of the late Joseph and Lena Goodin Calhoun, was born in Pulaski County, KY on April 30, 1926 and she departed this life on December 10, 2020 in Somerset, KY having attained the age of 94 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Harold Hargis. He preceded her in death. Survivors include; the following caregivers, Dessie Calhoun and Les (and Betty) Calhoun and a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by the following siblings; Lelia Richardson, Iree Losey, Audell Richardson, Virginia Hargis, Kenneth Calhoun, Larry Calhoun, Jewell Richardson, and Imogene Burden. She was a member of the Neeley's Creek Baptist Church, and when able, she was a very independent lady.
